Established in 1960, there is one event that has become synonymous with “iconic”: The AVP Gold Series, Manhattan Beach Open. Reigning as the epicenter of our sport, the granddaddy of them all returns to its throne with the biggest prize purse and Main Draw of the season. This momentous event is unlike any other as its champions will be cemented into the fabled Walk of Fame and into the history of the sport itself. Packed with rising stars and former event champions, this is guaranteed to be an unforgettable event for fans and athletes alike.
White Light White Night (WLWN) is Walk With Sally’s annual gala event, raising funds for our mission to provide hope through mentoring support and programs to children with loved ones impacted by cancer and to ensure no child experiencing trauma through a parent, guardian, or sibling’s cancer journey walks alone.
WHY WEAR WHITE: Sally believed in the healing spirit of the color white. Throughout the world the symbolism of the color white claims to stimulate one’s own divine nature into healing one’s self, known as the “White Light of Healing and Protection.” So, in honor of that belief, we as a community come together on a beautiful summer night to BE THE LIGHT of hope and healing for everyone who has come to battle cancer and the effects it leaves behind.

The 45th Annual running of the Manhattan Beach 10k is taking place on October 1, 2022. And we want you to celebrate this milestone birthday with us!
It’s the 50th annual celebration of Manhattan Beach’s Hometown Fair! There will be live music, shopping, kids attractions and more! In honor of this monumental milestone, 50 years!, the Manhattan Beach Hometown Fair has planned many special events that will take place throughout this year’s fair weekend. “A Walk Through the Decades:” Historical Exhibit with Memorabilia Dating Back to 1972
Come check out this historical installation which will include displays of old Fair photos and interesting facts from the last 50 years as well as a running video montage with photos and interviews from local residents that have meaningful connections to the Fair.
